Very pleased. I had drink stains on a pink blazer that other dry cleaners couldn't remove. Tuesdays had my blazer cleaned, removing all stains after one attempt. Blazer looks new again

Alteration customers - BEWARE. Don't make the same mistake as me and forget to ask for a quote. I took in a simple jersey dress to be shortened and had a tie belt made out of the scrap material and this cost me $75!!! If I had been provided with this quote when I dropped the dress off I would have NEVER proceeded with the service. The dress cost less than the cost to take 2 inches off the bottom. I also had two spaghetti straps shortened which cost $25! Unbelievable. It's unfortunate because I've used their alteration service once before (to have a button added to a shirt) and the cost was very reasonable. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was not very accommodating when I expressed my shock and amazement and only said "you were provided with a quote. I was there." Talk about great customer service. Sadly, I will not be going back for future alterations.

Turn around for dry cleaning - approximately 5 days Turn around for alterations - approximately 1 week Shirt cleaning - $4.55 (white $5.50) Pant cleaning (wool) - $13.00 Hemmed dress pants - $15.00 Tapering dress pants - $25.00 Received a shirt back with a stain on the collar still. Shirts received after cleaning had a musty/chemical smell. Prices are decent but there is better cleaners out there. Overall experience was decent.
