They stayed open a bit late for me so I could dry my sleeping bag! I'm so grateful. The owners are friendly and the facilities are good. The dryers and washers are not cheap though so come prepared with cash. The cafe next door has amazing Udon and tea while you wait for your laundry :)

I would not even give this place 1 star. It is simply horrible, outdated and people who run it have never heard of the curtesy what it means to provide customer service! I came to do my laundry 1.5 hrs before closing and my laundry was still wet, the guy started yelling at me that he needs to close. Simply horrifying experience!

It's tricky to review this place. It's the only laundromat in the area, so, not a lot of options. Plus, down the street from where I'm staying. Only just posted their hours today - been coming here for months with no idea when they were open. Mostly 11-6, I'll take a picture and post it. Having said that... There's rarely anyone here at 11 if you need change, and there's almost always a lineup to use the washers. 4 that are working today for customer use. As well, they often close early. 75% of the time that I've come here at 3pm, there's a sign saying they're closing early. Staff: one lady who works the till is very friendly, pleasant, but obviously busy and you'll need to find her if you need help or change. One younger gent who folds /bags is also very helpful, but it doesn't seem his job to help customers. One older gent will bark at you, he seems to be the boss. He seems... Stressed. There are always broken washers, commercial laundry taking up space, not a lot of room or services. $3 in loonies to wash, $0.25 per 3 minutes to dry. They'll give you change. $10 for two loads every time I do my own. All in all, okay. Not great.

Omg, what a place. When I went there at noon it wasn’t that crowded, but the four working washing machines were in use. When I came back an hour later, the owner directed me to a machine but later pushed me away (while I was loading the washer) and mumbled something that I didn’t understand when I tried to load it. When I later asked a dude for change (I still don’t know if he works there) a lady came to me and shouted “you need change, you ask me!”. When I asked her for change, she didn’t have any ... My clothes were clean and dry, but I wouldn’t go there again. The store looked ... dangerous. There are a lot of broken machines, hundreds of open chemical bottles and it looks as if the owner likes to collect everything that might be of use in the future. Even used coffee cups. Tide Pods were 1$ each from the owner.
