My friend had stored her Brilliant White Guess Marciano dress for a year and when she pulled it out of storage some light red colour had transferred to the front main body. She was Devastated. I looked on Google and saw Pat's reviews, read about her other services, years in the dry cleaning business and decided that she knows what she doing. Took it to her and she said she would give it a shot. Picked it up and the red was gone and the dress was back to its original glory. My friend was ecstatic to get her dress back in such superb condition. It is back to being one of her Timeless Go Too Dresses that she thought she had lost forever. It will never stored that way again.

Got my blazer and skirt dry cleaned here for the first time. The lady is nice and my clothes looked cleaner however my suit felt like it was over ironed which caused some discolouring/fading and the blazer had more creases than when I had left it. She had also weirdly ironed my collar which I disliked. My blazer and skirt were typical suit material so it shouldn’t have been more complicated. Won’t be coming back, which is a pity because the lady seemed really friendly.

I had a very positive experience getting my wedding dress drycleaned and preserved, as well as getting a bridesmaid dress drycleaned here. Both dresses came out beautifully, were finished in a timely manner, and the cost was super reasonable! I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Pat's Alterations and Drycleaning. Super professional and friendly service!
