I lost a button on my blazer and was scheduled to present at a conference & needed it fixed quick. I stopped by and they got me fixed up in 2 minutes—professional & kind.

I wished that I'd looked at the reviews prior to going here. They ruined a good quality skirt and would not take any responsibility. I was told "What can I do about it". Please don't waste your time and money here. worst experience

I really wish I could give 0 stars. Why? Because of the horrible, dishonest customer service I received. I would advise people not to bring their valuable garments here. I made the mistake of trusting this place with my BCBGMAXAZRIA dress. I came in today to pick up my trench coat and silk dress. The incompetent front desk girl did not listen and clarify what I was telling her, therefore took a long time to find my garments. She found it and hung it on the hanger, and told me the fee I had to pay. She did not make any attempt at conversation or even confirm what had been done with the garments or if they were successful in cleaning it. So I asked her about it, and all she said was "Oh yeah EVERYTHING is cleaned. you can check if you want." I was surprised. I asked her if they were able to clean out the stain from the dress. She said "Oh yes! " I trusted her. The trench coat was acceptable, all marks were gone on the outside, however, the inside still had one mark left, but no biggie, it's inside. I looked over at the dress and did not see the stain. I was so happy, I paid the $34 fee and said thank you and left. I walked home, realized that the dress was turned inside out, which meant I was not looking at the side with the stain. I hesitantly rearranged the dress and looked at the front. There it was, the same stain right there, looking untouched, but with newer tiny faint black marks around it. The girl lied to my face. I hurried back to the shop and confronted her. Who does she think her customers are? Fools? I showed her the stain and I asked her WHY did she tell me they were able to take the stain out when the stain in actuality, is STILL on the dress??? Why do you need to lie to your customers?? Just tell the truth. I was so upset by her dishonesty. She gave some bs about how they cannot guarantee that they can clean it all, and as for the black marks, she said that there is no way that I can prove that the marks weren't there before. So angry that she lied in the first place. She could have told the truth when I picked it up and explained that they tried their best but could not do it. This place is a BAD business. I wouldn't even call it a business. It's run by sneaky cheaters doing phony business. You, young lady should be ashamed of yourself and your so-called service. Lesson learned. Go to different high-end dry cleaners, instead of crappy, cheap places. Will never ever return and hope that nobody will go through the same mistake.

Not only insanely expensive but they won't respect what they wrote on their receipt and admit mistake. Costed me extra even if it was their mistake. They didn't care. Avoid them. Seriously.
