Went to get a jacket washed and detailed with a little logo patch to be sowed on. The owner who works there did a great job and sowed it on seamlessly no pun intended. It came out amazing and i would recommend for anyone in the downtown area that needs to get a simple alteration!

The job was done in a quick and timely manner. I went to get 7 shirts washed and cleaned with some stains on a couple of shirts. The stains were all washed off and when i went in to get it a day earlier than the one requested it was finished. Would highly recommend!

Based on the experience I just had, this place provides the worst customer service as well as poor dry-cleaning skills to customers. The owner started becoming rude after I mentioned about the stain on my wedding dress that I specifically asked him to remove, but still remained there clearly, and he suggested "no one can see it and just dry clean after your wedding" and tried to charge me for the full amount. He started getting mad at me and he asked me how long I had been in Canada and if I had any knowledge regarding dry-cleaning businesses after I asked for a discount. (In my previous experience, other dry-cleaning shops tried to re-do or provide a reasonable discount.) As soon as I made a payment, he just left the counter in an extremely rude way after throwing the receipt at me.

Brought in a suit to be dry cleaned and wedding dress to be pressed, and a chalk stain from alterations to be removed ($57). The stain was clearly still on the dress and he charged full price. He then said he needed chemical to remove the stain and he only used water so that's why its still there. I don't care HOW you remove the stain, that's YOUR job. He then implied my bride to be was not from this country, and said in this country, that's how the dry cleaning business works. WHAT? You charge full price for a service you never completed? No wait, you gave me $2 off. I put my wife in the car and went back to complain again, and he implied my wife was a b*tch and that I'd understand after 20 years of marriage. Good luck to you if you ignore this review and go here for any services.
