I've been using their services for 2 years. Professional and courteous. Never had an issue with quality. I've never seen a dry cleaning/alterations business maintain such a high degree of cleanliness. Prices are a little high but comparable or lower than nearby competitors which also I tried out.

Terrible quality and value. I used to go because I lived right beside it. I was fine paying 15% - 20% more for the convenience, but on more than one occasion I had to take something back to get cleaned again because it wasn't done right the first time. I also had a pair of pants stained and when I got it back from them. I took it to a different cleaners to be done properly for nearly half the price. I wouldn't risk fine garments here.

I went to have an Hermes scarf with hand-made roulé cleaned. When I asked for no pressing, they refused to provide the service and handed me over a silk scarf from another customer that had the roulé crushed and pressed, the implication being that I should subject my $400 hand made silk scarf to the same mistreatment! Service was dismissive and borderline rude. I recommend going to Micheal St-Clair a few street corner away where they took an excellent care of my scarf.

I have been using village cleaners over the past 8 months for alterations and dry cleaning. I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the timely manner my articles have been returned to me. The store front is very clean and modern. I love the automated night pickup and drop off. Its very convenient that the store has free short term parking for those quick stops. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff working at the front desk and their appearance reflects the style of this business.

usually a good service for dress shirts, but they struck my $300 sweater when trying to get a stain from it. it went from large to kid's size. Pretty disappointing
