Amazing experience! I would happily recommend top maid to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service in Vancouver at an affordable price. They always do a great job with our house cleaning, and they make quicker and more affordable work of it than any of the other companies we’ve tried out. Bonus is they're available 24/7, helped me out after a few parties ;)

I used them from my move out and I didnt have lots of time but they came on time and finished faster than I expected. The place looked just amazing. Joe and Patricia were very nice and friendly too. Highly recommended!

So disappointed with the service. Our cleaner spent 3 hours in our condo, and only managed to clean 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and the kitchen. I had to help her with the vacuuming because she was so slow, and there are still oil splatters on the wall behind the stove area. I won't be using them again. :( The worst part isn't even that the apartment isn't sparkling cleaned as you'd expect from a professional service, it's that the cleaner let the vacuum tube fall and it chipped the dry wall in two spots in our bedroom. :(

They changed time on me twice. Sent one cleaner instead of 2 that we paid for and she didnt do a good job of cleaning. I messaged them but no answer yet! Very disappointing! Now i have to hire another cleaner to clean after them!!
