The worst experience ever... don't go don't go Took my burburry top for dry clean. These are some stain I want they to clean up. However, they ruin my cloth.. with more stain. I can't wear this cloth now(only wear this once). Took back waited other 2 weeks. Nothing goes away. Called Shawn or Sam their boss (retured my call one week after I text calls several times) really bad attitude, he said everyone should know some stain come not clean up.. I said how could everyone. You are professional shop.. if I know how to clean why should I come to your shop. And he said you are so damn rude. He hanged up the phone. He didn't tell my anything before he started clean. Don't go!!!!!

On Aug 21st, 2018, I sent my pink Burberry Doodle Print Cotton Sweatshirt to Valetor Cleaners in Oakridge Mall, Vancouver, BC. The original condition of the sweatshirt before the cleaner cleans it was only a few black/brown spots on the left shoulder area. At the time of picking up the sweatshirt, I found large white/ discolored patches on the left shoulder, left elbow, and back areas of the sweatshirt. So I talked to the cleaner's employee stating that this is not acceptable to me. Then the dry cleaner promised to clean it again to make the mistakes up. Later at the second time of picking my cloth up, the white/ discolored patches became black patches. So, I talked to the employee and asked what they will do? The employee told me that she is not the one who can decide. So she gave me her manager Sam's phone number and asked me to call him. So did I. The conversation with the manager was frustrating and wrathful. The manager does not listen at all and keep talking over the phone trying to blame me for my cloth to have some stains (which is just ridiculous!). I told him, that's precisely the reason why I send my sweatshirt to your dry cleaners as if the cloth is clean, there is no point for me to send it to a dry cleaner. Then I told him that the reason why I called is not about if your dry cleaner is unable to remove the spots on the left shoulder area of my sweatshirt; instead, it is because you made more discolored patches with more significant regions on my top. Then I manager just hung up on me and never picked my phone up again. After this, I try to call the cleaners, once the employee knows it is me, she will find ridiculous excuses like she is busy and let me hold. After 20 mins of holding the phone, she hung up on me. I tried to call again, but no one answered. It seems to me that Valetor cleaners blocked my phone. I called approximately 10 times after that, and still no one answered. Till now, my sweatshirt is still at Valetor cleaners in Oakridge Mall, and no one called me or taking any actions to deal with the situation after almost two months passed. Just filed a complaint on BC's consumer protection agency. Waiting for their response.

I gave them a suit to clean and it came back discoloured. (See image for an example, although lighting and camera quality affect this.) When I inquired about it, the lady behind the counter shrugged and said she didn't know what happened, they just send it out somewhere. This was my first time using them, so I don't know if this is a common problem.
