Brian and The Window Cleaners did a great job. I've had bad experiences with other gutter firms in the past (such as a certain company that employs males wearing Scottish attire). The Window Cleaners were responsive and thorough. They cleaned my windows and my gutters (inside and out), all for a reasonable price. They even cleaned some very difficult to reach skylights. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very happy with the service. The man that came was on time, removed his shoes, was polite and we hardly noticed he was there. The windows look fantastic now and he even removed the dead flies from the window ledges we can't reach. Thanks! We will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing great service and top quality work with that little extra! Karen D.

I cannot say that I am happy with my experience with the company. First of all, the day the cleaning was originally scheduled, the worker didn't show up. There was no notification from their end and I had to contact them to find out what happened. Secondly, when the worker came, my husband had to take off all the screens before the worker could start the job (I would assume this should be communicated before hand as we were not aware of this). Thirdly, when he told us that he couldn't do the back patio area due to water restrictions, again I would assume they could have communicated this before starting the job because basically, it was a job partially completed. The back patio was the main reason we wanted this done and it couldn't be done. Again, I had to email the company and ask about next steps and they said you could do it in the future once the water restrictions were lifted for $40. When I emailed at the end of September, they said it could be done done the following week and nothing was done. Now, after I follow up a month later, they told me they can't do it because they don't have the right tools and to call another business. They did not respond to me and therefore I am writing this review because overall, I'm absolutely disappointed in their service.

I had called several places to have my windows cleaned and the Window Cleaners were the most polite and willing to wash my windows when I needed them. I have stayed with them for almost 10 years now and highly recommend Brian, Jeff and others at the Window Cleaners.
