You CAN get your laundry done here, it just probably won't be pleasant. Change machine only accepts 1994 and older bills, lady working here super cranky about exchanging quarters for loonies despite her machine not working. Very dirty, nobody is cleaning top of machines. Even the customers here don't make eye contact and are miserable.

Place should be shut down. Absolutely filthy laundromat, all Canadians should be embarrassed as this is where tourists go to do their Landry. Filthy unkempt and dilapidated, manager didn’t seem to care, and didn’t even get normal stains out of my clothes. San Francisco costs $0.25 for 6 minutes you get 3 minutes for $0.20 equivalent.

Only good reviews for this place are obviously fake. So this is what you get.

One of the more depressing places I've visited in Victoria. Fairly dirty, tired and sad.

Rubbish. This is the closest laundromat to my house and all I can say is I'd rather waste gas going elsewhere. First and foremost, they argue with customers about the hours clearly posted on their wall. (last load is 3:30pm on weekends) The machines are old, and the entire store needs a reno (which they can obviously afford for the crazy amount of money people will pay for clean clothes). Today though, was the last straw. I filled two dryers and left, and upon my return one had been opened, clothes spilling out of it, still soaking wet. The woman came out with a snooty attitude and told us we had overfilled it and that it opened itself, though the dryer latched so there's no way in hell it could have opened on its own. That means $4 not including what i had to add to finish the load wasted on a dryer that didn't perform the service i paid for due to tampering. I had sat for ten minutes prior to leaving the running dryer and it was having no issues with the load it had, and wouldn't it have opened when the clothes were heavier and more wet??? Upon return the second time for my still damp clothes, the only person in sight was a seven year old boy, no adult supervision whatsoever. Will only use this service if my life depended on it (or if all the other local laundromats go out of business, but I'd still look for alternatives)
