We have worked with Individuals for over 7 years and love the service and quality of they work.

My clothes came back looking like new! The customer service was very friendly and cheerful. It did seem a bit expensive - $35 for a skirt and dress, there was an extra charge for removing cat hair (there was a lot), but I don't dry clean often so I'm not really sure if this is the going rate or not. But as for quality of work, very nice!

Absolutely awful - never use them. I split tea on a pair of work pants and a wool coat and took them to the dry cleaners as a precaution, I informed the person I dropped the clothes off to about the tea spots. The coat came back with the tea spot still there and no note saying they were unable to remove it. I had to bring the coat back a second time and send it again to be cleaned as I was unsure if they missed the spots or were unable to clean them (which I doubted as it was only tea). I asked to be called before they charged me as I didn't want to pay again. I didn't receive a call, and the coat then came back without the tea spot and a note saying they were unable to remove the stain. They tried to charge me the second time which I argued and they ended up apologizing and dropping the charge. The work pants came back an entire size too small and no longer fit, they are ruined and I can never wear them again. They have terrible service, they ruined my clothes, they wasted my time, and are also too expensive.
