At first, the 20% manager's discount attracted my attention due to the colossal amount of clothing I need to dry clean. So I walked in with my giant bag of dress shirts plus a jacket with pants, and I asked if I qualify for the discount. Since my total cost is well over $100, I definitely qualify for the manager's discount! Plus, the business owner Omar gave me his personal business card with the 20% discount, saying that as long as I show him the card, I still qualify for his service at a discounted rate. Better get your clothes dry cleaned before the promotional 20% discount is over. I'm just glad that I don't have to deal with my smelly laundry.

Absolutely disgusting service. I took two dresses and a silk jacket, all came back with stains and the jacket was completely ruined. No apology from the staff so I came back to speak to the manager who literally shouted at me saying I was lying, they didn't do it and I'd taken it to another dry cleaners who ruined it - even though it was in the original bag and i had pictures took in the dry cleaners to prove it was them. He told me 'we don't need your kind of people in here' and 'get out'. I couldn't believe how he could speak to a customer like that. I'm left with a ruined jacket and two dresses that still have the original stains on, with no offer of solution. After speaking with a couple of other people who'd been there, they told me they had shrunk their garments or not done the intended job, and were incredibly rude when questioned. I wish I could give minus stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Always great service. Not sure why thE bad review. I have always found them quite accommodating with any concern I bring up in the past. I think sometimes people choose to rant rather than look for a solution. Keep up the great work Valet Cleaner. We will continue to bring you our business.

Omar was great. I brought in two jerseys and a blouse to be dry cleaned. He took exceptional care and ran them through twice because the jerseys were particularly stained. I appreciate his customer service.
