My experience with Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning exceeded my expectations. Jason and Reid did an excellent job of cleaning the ducts and the before and after pictures were very helpful. It makes the customer confident that the work has been done thoroughly. Gerry was also very patient in explaining the issues with our furnace and filling out the Hydro paperwork for a new one. All three service technicians were very professional, friendly and educational and my husband and I will definitely contact this company in future for our home furnace maintenance and duct cleaning.

Hi Paul & Rodo at Red River Furnace, I was very happy with the excellent service we received from Red River Furnace regarding the emergency repairs that were recently made to the Polson Ave furnace. It was a very special situation. The furnace was completely non-operational and Winnipeg winter temperatures were coming on fast!. A former student of mine Kevin had fallen on hard times and needed some backup in order to repair his furnace. I run an anti-poverty program but furnace repair was something a bit out of our CRA Charities Directorate mandate. Nevertheless, I called Manitoba Hydro to see if they could determine what the problem was. Throughout October and now into November --- Kevin had been desperately trying to keep his house somewhat warm with an electric heater --- for himself and his girlfriend (who was going in for an operation) and their two dogs and cat. Then on Monday November 5th, Kevin messaged me to say that Manitoba Hydro had determined that the problem was a seized Vector Motor. Paul of Red River contacted Mike, a superb and caring technician, who went out of his way to locate a new Vector Motor in a heck of a hurry late Tuesday November 6th. Both Paul and Mike were genuinely concerned for the inhabitants of the house as our Winnipeg November winter temperatures were dropping well below freezing so that the pipes were likely to freeze. They also went out of their way to give me a firm estimate that was affordable. I had scheduled an appointment for Friday November 9th, but Mike said that he would do everything he could to keep costs down and to take time out of his busy afternoon schedule in order to get the job done on Wednesday November the 7th before 4 o'clock. And true to his word Mike, after locating some required gaskets, completed the mission and contacted me for a payment amount that was true to his word! As William Shakespeare might have said --- "All's Well that Ends Well with Red River Furnace!" Sincerely, Brian MacKinnon

I've relied on Red River for carpet cleaning for years and they always do a fantastic job. The office consistently calls me each year to see if I need their services again and the technicians are polite and professional.

I was happy that Red River Furnace was able to accommodate my schedule. The technician arrived within the specified time slot. He was friendly and knowledgeable and completed his task in a timely manner. He answered my questions in a polite manner. I would definitely do busy with them again.
