Very friendly and efficient. Robbie did a great job cleaning my front door entryway, living room and area rugs. We have 4 cats, so our carpets were not in the best of shape. They look great now! Very happy with the service and price!

Zerorez did an exceptional job in cleaning my carpets. Courteous, professional, and skilled, my carpets look wonderful thanks to their hard work. Highly recommend this company! Will be using there services again.

Had Zerorez do the carpets in our new home as we had heard their work was great. We also paid a pretty penny for their service but thought it would be worth it. The tech was very pleasant, but that's the highlight of the experience. Lots of dirty spots STAYED dirty and the smell of the carpet in places from the previous owner remained. We were very disappointed and thought there just wasn't any hope for the carpet. However, today, after 9 months longer, we had Actually Clean service in Des Moines come to clean our carpets and were truly amazed. They were able to get the carpets cleaned that Zerorez could NOT!! Even the terrible smell is gone. Zerorez is an overpriced and overrated service. We were not impressed at all with them and wish we would have never wasted our time and money.

Excellent customer service and quality work. I am most pleased with the service and cleaning of my rugs ranging in size from door entrance, runner to large area. The pickup and return delivery (packaging and all) was a great experience! Thank you. I highly recommend.
