Communication was great from the time of scheduling (on-line). The day of I received a text when the crew was on their way and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional and they worked their magic to get nasty stains out of living room and stairway carpet. I highly recommend the team at First Serve Cleaning and Restoration and look forward to doing other rooms in a few months!

First Serve not only does an excellent job cleaning my carpet, but they are professional, responsive and provide options for available dates and times --especially when you need to get them in fast. They are excellent at removing pet stains and getting your carpet back to a "new" quality. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

I’m blown away by the service I just received from First Serve! My dog had accidents on both my area rugs and carpet. First Serve was able to clean my carpets the same day. Glenn and his team were prompt, professional, and super friendly! They even swept my carpets before cleaning them. 5 star service from beginning to end. I will be calling First Serve again in the future and highly recommend their service!

Had them out to clean carpets and stairs. All was fine until I went into two of the rooms the next day. Two stains had appeared. I contacted the main person and sent pictures. He sent someone out -- who came out with a spray bottle and a rag!! REALLY? He told me he really did not want to drag out the full vacuum just for two spots. Needless to say, the spots did not come out with his rag and spray bottle. They did not call back to check on it. I got out my carpet cleaner and they came right out. But, I should not have to fix something they broke. Wont call them again!!
