Why is zero stars not an option? Absolutely a joke of an operation. I dropped my dress pants off on a Wednesday and asked if they’d be ready by that Saturday as I had a function to go to. The lady tells me for sure by Friday but maybe even by Thursday. This lady (the manager apparently) never asks me if there are any specific stains on them that need attention and not being someone who requires dry cleaning service often, I assume that the very subtle coffee stains on my pants will be removed by whatever cleaning process Perth’s applies. I arrive at the store on Friday to pick up my pants and as soon as they’re brought to me I notice a large black mark on the leg. It looks like a burn make of some kind. Not only did Perth’s add an additional mark to my pants, but absolutely none of the coffee staining was removed. None. On top of that, my pants have a tag on them that says “sorry, this is the best we could do”. Apparently the best Perth’s can do is remove absolutely zero stains and burn your clothes. When the lady ‘helping’ me that day can’t answer any of my questions she tells me the manager is only available 3 days a week and not until Monday. So that’s fantastic. I have less than 24 hours to find something else to wear but I can get some answers two days after my event. And when I get ahold of this ‘manager’, she deflects all blame and tells me IF the cleaning facility ‘accepts’ blame for the damage, I’ll receive store credit or the depreciated value for the ruined pants. Do not go here. Do not use their ‘cleaning’ service. There are a million other dry cleaners in this city that must do a better job than what they did for me. Truly laughable customer experience.

Great cleaning service, although the pressing of suit jackets consistently leaves something to be desired. The lapels are regularly pressed strangely from the original shape.

I dropped off my coat on February 16th, 2018, and was told it would be done sometime in late February because I wanted a couple repairs done. This seemed reasonable. I asked the woman at the desk if I could get a phone call when my jacket was ready since it seemed like a vague timeline. She assured me they would. I never got a phone call. I called March 6th 2018, at around 12:30pm 3 times with no answer. Tried again around 1:30pm. Someone finally picked up. She explained that they don't call customers for pick up. And, that my jacket had been ready for pick up since March 2nd, 2018. She also said we were to pick up our dry cleaning on the date listed on my stub. My stub stated February 28th, 2018. If I had gone there that day I would have wasted my time since my jacket wasn't ready until March 2nd. Did she offer a discount to make up for the serious miscommunication? No. I had to ask. Very disappointed in this transaction.
