Two tailored shirts were pressed to look like orange peel and wrinkles seemed to be permanently pressed into the shirts. No amount of steam could remove this when I tried at home with my iron. When I returned to ask why the shirts looked the way they did, communication was difficult. I was told, in a round about way, that this was because they were custom tailored. When I asked for the owners phone number I was given a number to a woman who owns the business that this cleaner sends their clothes too. That was interesting as I thought I was speaking with the owner and we quickly realized that there was no need for this number to be given. When I returned a week later to pick up the shirts, they were not wrapped, had obviously not been pressed and the shoulders were covered in dust and lint. Clearly, the shirts sat out for a week and a half. When I asked for my money back, $4.50, on principle, I was met with the same stonewall of communication as before. When I walked outside in a bit of a huff, a woman asked if they ruined my clothes. I answered with a brief description and she offered her own anecdote on how Canada Dry Cleaning and Alteration did wrong by her. Do not wast your time.

Brought in a second-hand costume dress and received it back with all the stains still there. When they tried to brush this off as 'oh it's not a stain, it's discoloration' the lady at least had the common decency to look a bit startled when I could literally peel bits of the stain from the material. They took it to be cleaned again, but the result was much the same. Would not recommend

Worst. Dry-cleaners. Ever. I went to pick up my clothes MID-DAY on a Friday. The lights were on, and the "OPEN" sign was flashing (as if to taunt me), yet the place was LOCKED! When I called the number on the store window, there was no answer AND the voice-mail was unitialized. I'd give this place ZERO stars if I could, because ZERO is was I got from them (excluding frustration).
