BEWARE!!!!!!!! This company is absolutely Positively the worst coming you can hire. I am dealing with a dirty buildings, the picture below provided by their company rep by email, Told me this reflects a CLEAN area of my building. After signing your agreement and collecting you bank info. GOOOOD LUCK getting a hold of anyone to hear you out. ONLY IF......YOU if you threaten you cancel your contract, THEN the ground will open up and all of a sudden Company Reps will crawl out of there holes to dispute you claim and tell you your stuck with there service. READ MORE IT GETS BETTER......... Be warned despite WHATEVER the account rep. which is all white noise. The contract they will have you sign will state, if you are unhappy with their service you HAVE to give them 15 days to cure and 60 days from the time to cancel VIA CERTIFIED MAIL. So incidentally your are stuck with paying for CRANK Service for 75 days. Now, I am fine with honoring a contract as I am a business owner myself, I am also a firm believer in if my customer isn't happy with my service not to hold them hostage by try to make it difficult to cancel. Good business practice says, If you perform a job correctly and confident of your work is up to par, you have no such need for a clause in your agreement. Why my clients have to deal with a dirty building for a lengthy cancellation period. ALL and ALL Keeping looking for another company worth your hard earn money.

poor service, cleaning people do not show up when scheduled, I have a very busy schedule and frankly don't have time to keep policing their lack of service. To add to that the cleaning person does a very poor job of cleaning the floors. It appears they are trying to clean an 6,000 ft showroom with a electric broom. the floors are filthy. We are seeking a new company to clean! don't waste your time or your money with Anago!

I'm very proud to be part of the Anago Master Franchise family! The commitment to integrity, support and innovation was what first attracted me to the business, and I can say without a doubt that the AFI team strives each day to live up to those goals.

Anago has been very helpful along the way enabling our business to reach success with fewer hurdles. Owning a business is hard work but worth every moment. The cleaning industry is comprised of many women in decision making positions and being a woman business owner is beneficial.
