Do not go here under any circumstances. I took a suit jacket and dress pants to be cleaned. Picked them up and took them home. Due to a busy life I didn't check them until the evening of a work function, while getting ready to go out the door, I attempted to put on my jacket, only to find that it was about 3 sizes too small, they had switched it with another customers. Took it back the next day and they were very evasive. Told me to leave the jacket and see if someone returned the other jacket. We called and went back several times. Asked to speak to the owner and were told the owner wasn't in. He was. This is almost 14 months later and no offer to reimburse or even an apology. They actually made it out like it was my fault... apparently it was, I trusted them to do their job.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I will be speaking with the CANEX at CFB Kibgston immediately and recommending they outsource to a different business. Had my military uniform dry cleaned and pressed. Asked for extra starch, shirts came back flimsy with no starch at all and with doubled creases. My tunic smells awful, as do those of my coworkers, all of which had no smell prior to being handed over to Hillary's. Worst dry cleaning I have ever experienced.

My husband and I are crafters, and we take our finished cross-stitch pieces here to have them pressed and cleaned before we frame them. Hillary's has been great and all of our precious handiwork has come back clean and de-wrinkled!

I have done business with Bill and his competent crew for over 20 years. Always the best in quality and service. I highly recommend them.

Took a shirt in. Got it home and it had blotches all over it. Plus very expensive and not upfront about the cost
