laundry got robbed by two crazy people yesterday...they put their laundry in my dryer because they don’t want to pay $1 for it...when I found out they claimed those are all theirs and did not allow me to get my own laundry...then they claimed I was the one who put mine in theirs because I didn’t want to pay. they talked very loudly and aggressively. they got away with it without paying for that $1 and took some of my laundry because we couldn’t access the camera footage. no use calling the cops bc what they robbed worth nothing close to $500. I could not care less that they didn’t pay for it and put their stinky clothes in mine I just want to get all my clothes back but they couldn’t even let me do that. great place & nice staff but truly traumatizing experience. always leave your laundry attended. beware of the crazy people. go with someone else if you can. maybe upgrading the security of the place could be nice but really those people are sometimes unavoidable

Made my first dry cleaning in there. They had lost my coat buttons, so after complaining they fitted for me. Just had to go twice! But no sure about the normal laundry.

Several machines are awaiting replacement, and mix-match of brands means variable timing until done. Average cleanliness and staff helpful when asked.

Never had a problem here. Great friendly staff. Washers/dryers work proper. Dryers are all a loonie no quarters. Washers 2.75
