I've been going here for nearly a year now with bright white work shirts. They always come out looking pretty much new and the price is really reasonable given the quality of work. To top it off it's just a friendly family run business. Even the family dog, Andrew, enjoys checking in on the customers and I often end up staying to chat a bit before heading out. Would recommend to anyone who needs their clothes done right and wants to support a local business.

I had a white dress shirt that was really badly stained with sweat and dirt. When I picked up the shirt i was in complete amazement. The shirt was perfect and thanks to the wonderful people at professional touch I will enjoy my sons confirmation with out the embarrassment and the money I would have had to spend on a new dress shirt. Thank you very much. I will be coming back for all my dry cleaning here.

Amazing and beautiful people! Wonderful service and just an all around pleasure... And to the comment about the owners commenting on the comments... I find it pretty pathetic you don't understand that they are keeping true and standing up to the integrity of their business and themselves

Absolutely stellar service! I called four different places in Barrie before Professional Touch. None of the other dry cleaning places could get two dresses dry cleaned by the next day. Professional Touch did it, with a smile. They also got an ink stain out of my white dress. The husband and wife are so friendly. If I ever need anything dry cleaned again I will only go here, and I suggest you do too :)

Sewed patches on wrong location even though I pinned them where they needed to be stitched. Charged me nearly $90 for stitching on 8 patches. Never provided me a quote when I dropped off the garments. Lesson learned I should have asked. Sewing the patches cost me triple what I paid for the patches! Not happy with the service and cannot remove the patches put in the wrong location because it will damage my garment.
