DO NOT TAKE CANADA GOOSE JACKETS HERE! After being told by the dry cleaner they have had experience with cleaning Canada Goose jackets both in person and over the phone, i brought my jacket in. Upon receiving it the down was completely collapsed, when i went to take it back I had requested the jacket be fixed or for some sort of compensation to be made and the dry cleaner had played the victim card saying I was accusing him of stealing the feathers within the jacket but took it back saying it would be fixed. This of course was a lie, after having to wait 4 business days I received the jacket back which was a bit more puffed up but still destroyed. The cleaner refused there was anything wrong with the jacket and eventually pretended they did not understand English as he started talking to his wife in a different language and laughing. Customer service is insanely horrible with staff acting very childish. The company then offered to pay $40 shipping costs after destroying a $800 jacket to send it in to Canada Goose when contacting a higher level of management within the chain. Although the dry cleaner refused to believe any damage was done to the jacket and claimed it was returned in original condition, Canada Goose had reported the jacket damaged and has offered a much better solution than this companies petty settlement of covering shipping costs. Would give 0 stars if possible.
