Had my grandmother's quilt cleaned here. They were extremely helpful. The cost was very reasonable. Loved their relaxed fun atmosphere. Will absolutely go back again.

So so bad. I highly recommend you avoid this establishment entirely. Staff was very cold and ignored me while taking a personal call at the desk. When they finally retrieved the items they had ruined at least one if not two of the garments left with them and attempted to blame the customer for bringing in an item that was dry clean only, to the dry cleaners. What a joke. No apologizes given for the ruined items. Stay away! Sorry I have to even given them a star at all.

I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars; one is far too generous. I've had a handful negative experiences here but the last one was by far the worst. The guy who does the dry cleaning here (pretty sure this place is run by two brothers, one does canada post, the other dry cleaning) needs a refresher on what it means to provide proper customer service. Dropped off a dress here to have it dry cleaned for an upcoming event, upon pickup I noticed it was still dirty in a few spots, when I pointed it out he completely lost it. He demanded I leave his dry clean location at once, that I never return as he does not want to see me or deal with me any further; he continued to do this until another customer walked into the building, which made him seem to calm down a bit, but he still refused to clean my item. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I am completely appalled that this place has been around for as long as it has. Judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with this establishment. I would recommend taking your dry cleaning elsewhere, this place needs to be shut down and the owner needs to look into some anger management lessons.

Took my wedding dress here and had a great experience! It was spotless when I picked it up! Thank you!

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service. They lost part of my dry cleaning and then called me a liar and hung-up on me! I trusted them to do their job, they failed, i trusted them to fix the issue, they failed. He says they have been in business for 27 years with no issues, but he must not read their reviews. I wish I had before I took my business there. With service like this how is it possible they are still open? I encourage everyone to read the reviews and believe them. What he lost cannot be replaced and I regret ever going there. Hopefully this will help prevent someone else going through the heartbreak (and stress) that I have gone through. GO ELSEWHERE that I can promise you will not regret.
