My initial contact with booking was fine. I had a tight window to get my carpets cleaned and he did accommodate me. Apparently the truck was scheduled to be serviced that day, but I was given an appointment for the time I requested. They were about an hour late arriving which was not helpful, and I feel like they rushed the job. I had moved EVERYTHING that was easily moved out of the areas being cleaned, but I don’t think they even went under all the furniture that remained. I know my carpets were old, and I am sure ( or at least I would hope)dirt was removed, but once they dried they really didn’t look any better. I am not sure if I would use them again I was contacted right after writing the review in an effort to ensure I was a happy customer with an offer to redo the carpets at no charge. I chose not to do it again as I didn’t want to move things again and didn’t have the time to schedule another appointment. I do however think that the customer service from the office is excellent and I appreciate them trying to remedy the situation. I added another star for that reason, and I would be willing to try them again when the need arises.

Fair price, excellent quality - JaDoc Inglis made the rug look like new again and reglued the backing - but a little long in getting it done. On the other hand, if they have so much work, it's probably a good sign. We certainly will use them again.

JaDoc was great to work with here at the Supreme Court. Very straight forward with pricing and dates, completed the task on time and did a fantastic job. Jason and his crew went above and behind to repair the rug and even did some extra restitching that was not originally included.

AMAZING! From the phone conversation with the office describing my pet related issues through to the wonderful experience with the cleaning crew that came to my home. They performed a fantastic job, the results were everything I was hoping for. The process and explanations were great, service with a smile and I will use them in the future

We were very pleased with the cleaning of our Indo-Persian rug. The coffee stains were expertly removed and it feels like a new carpet. We will definitely use JaDoc to clean the other precious area carpets we have in our home.
