AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO DRY WASH YOUR EXPENSIVE JACKETS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Worst experience ever, their dry clean service ruined 2 of my down jackets, one PJS and one Nobis. The cleaning time was delayed 3 days of the initially quoted time and it's suspiciously long. The PJS jacket was 2 months old and wore less than 10 times, the inside layer has few tiny holes and rub marks. The Nobis jacket's fur is curved and looks like someone trimmed it tying to hide their wrong doings. Of course the owner denied all this and blamed the manufacturer of the jackets and said she was just the middle man in this. Hahaha like i had never owned these jackets before and I don't lnow how they look like? If you did something wrong admit it, lying will just make your store look worst. Maybe this store can clean up shirts and pants but when it comes down to expensive down jackets, they are to be avoided at all cost even if the service is free. And inspect all clothings before leaving the store because clearly they don't care about their customers. Avoid avoid avoid
