I’ve gone here twice to attempt to drop off my jacket to be cleaned. Both times it was within their open hours, yet when I arrive there is a sign stating that they are away and won’t return for an hour. Waste of my time.

I had problem for finding the location but when my clothes came back, on time and clean I was so happy with the service and I'll keep going there. Great services and great value.

My shirt and jacket were both returned to me damaged after being cleaned. The shirt covered in deep wrinkles that won't come out by any means and the jacket ripped. They sewed the jacket and fixed that issue but the shirt has never repaired. I have had a complaint in with the company over the last 5 months and every time they attempt to resolve the issue it is made worse (more wrinkles, shirt returned stained etc). When I talk to them in person they have said that I should just ignore the damage and wear the stained wrinkled shirt. They continuously avoid calls and voicemails I have made and have even lost my shirt in the process for several weeks, finally returning it to me still with the original damage unfixed. They have not attempted to give a refund of any kind (for the dry cleaning, or for the shirt itself) and several employees have been very rude and frustrating to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Even if it is convienent for you, it's just not worth it. I would give it 0/5 stars if this was an option.

Twice now I've tried to give this place my business and money. Twice I've left confused and irritated. First time the individual seemed confused on prices and couldn't even give me a clear indication of price. Second time i called ahead to understand turn around times, I then showed up 3 hours later and the date was wildly different and was nothing of what we talked about. Try somewhere else.
