At the beginning they were great, but as time passed and the cleaners that came changed, the service degraded to the point of our last cleaning where I was appalled at how much they missed. Frank was always responsive and tried to fix the concerns, but ultimately the current cleaning crews that came to my house were not to the standards of what the company used to be.

So far so good... Joyce and Mary are amazing and details oriented. They absolutely get what kind of customers we are - in addition to leaving the house clean, they never leave water spots/lines on counter tops from wet cloths, vanity faucets are always wiped nicely and look as new each time, floors are honestly washed (can tell by my socks by the end of day). I can also tell that they vacuum the carpet from corner to corner... Your hard work is very much appreciated!

I have used the Cleaning Authority for my business office and my home for a number of years. They have always been incredibly reliable and overall do an excellent job. Frank is always accommodating if I need a cleaning date or time changed. Sam and Chris, in particular do a great job, they don't even mind my pesky cat!
