Disappointed :( brought in multiple garments at the same time, two of which needed alterations. Of the ones I sent for alteration, one garment came back cleaned, but without the hem I asked for (or a hem that is still too long, assuming they did it) and the other garment (pair of dress pants) was lost. First I was told they hadn't finished the alteration when I returned, so I picked up the remaining garments and was told to come back in a few days for the pants. Upon return, the attendant couldn't locate the pants, called the owner and the owner proceeded to tell me I had already picked up all my garments and repeatedly told me she 'saw me on camera' come in and pick up. I tried explaining that I picked up clothes previously, but she repeated herself over and over 'I saw you on camera.' She was unwilling to help and placed the blame on me. I walked out and won't be returning.

Excellent Service, they at least tell you, if they can do a job or not...or if there is a chance to mess it up while trying. If one understands the complexity of the chemistry used in this business, one will appreciate honest people. "Honey"...the owner is a great girl that will always go the extra mile to serve her clients. It is probably one of the best dry cleaners in York Region. I can only recommend them.

Very bad alterations job . New owner or something. Was going to this place for more than 5 years and not coming back after last visit . Messy stitching. I honestly can do better myself and it’s actually what I had to do . Waited for a week , paid, came home saw it up close and had to redo all my pants .

The owners are wonderful people who treat you like family. They always do an excellent job cleaning your clothes and their prices are very reasonable. They also do repairs and zipper replacements which is very handy. Rates for these is also very reasonable.

The reception behaved really bad, he said he can't grantee if I can get a good quality after dry cleaning or not. He was repeating that he is not charging me a lot, but I wasn't talking about money I was asking about the quality. I'm not recommending this place at all, I think they should learn how to behave nicely with customers.
