Had Orson air services clean out my ducts and furnace/ac coil. The two man crew sent were friendly and professional. The job they preformed was thorough and we'll executed. Don't be fooled by online ads stating that the job can be done for $99. The cost of having them do the work was easily worth it, my furnace fan is much quieter now

Had our ducts cleaned a couple of weeks ago. New house for us, ducts likely weren't ever cleaned. The AC works so much better now and the dryer isn't leaving clothes still damp at the end of the cycle! The guys were quick, friendly, and professional. And they worked around my dog without complaint when she refused to leave the room they were working in cause she's old and lazy. Thank you Orsan Air Services!

Had Orsan Air Services come by this past week and had nothing but an excellent experience. Because my furnace is in a completely separate room that we don't go into every day, we found out our AC unit was clogged and was spilling water over the floor caused by dripping from the furnace. The tech came to talk to me and explained everything in detail, showed me the problem and then was extremely helpful in fixing it as well. The air flow in the house is now 10x better than it was before, we can actually feel the cool air coming up the vents upstairs now, whereas before you could barely feel anything at all. I thought both men were nothing but professional, very polite/friendly and were both more than happy to answer any questions I had. Great service all around and 5 stars, I'll happily call them again when the time comes.

Moved into a rental home, discovered a year later that there was flooding/mold/septic leaking into the basement. After a long battle I got my landlord to start fixing the place and they hired Orsan Air Services to clean the ducts. We were very clear with Frank and spoke to him numerous times about all the dangerous airborne spores/bacteria/particles and he reassured us numerous times that they would get the job done without making a mess or exposing us to anything. And then he sent a kid that had been on the job for only a few months and clearly didn't know what he was doing. My roommate checked a few vents and found that they were all filthy! It looked like they gave them a quick blast of air, there was dust/debris left around the vents and they didn't even get to all the vents! So in the 2 hours these guys were at my house they exposed me to everything I DID NOT want to get exposed to, DID NOT clean our vents, and then they tried to say it was my fault the vents weren't clean. I argued this statement and as a result Frank came to check my ducts himself. He agreed they were filthy and reassured us he would discipline his guys and send them back to finish the work on their own dime, which is actually illegal in Ontario. So yeah, I wouldn't hire these guys. They guys who "cleaned" my vents apparently did hundreds of houses in the few months they were working before they got to my home. Do you really think those houses were done any differently? I imagine most positive reviews here would disappear if people took a look inside their vents to check the work. Thanks for exposing us to all the stuff we asked you not to Frank. We will not be doing business again.
