Very Happy with the services I get for our office, I dealt with a lady by the name of Saji Nathan who has excellent Customer Service skills, always went over and beyond our expectations to ensure that things got done the way we wanted it to be, either by getting inspections booked or even contact with the office was amazing. Overall I found that dealing with the office was a pleasure and the cleaners that they had in our location were amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend this company to any companies out there looking for cleaners to clean their location!

I've hired Jani-king of southern ontario to clean a small studio space and they've done a wonderful job. Their customer support was prompt in answering my questions, if not right away, someone gets back to me asap. I'm very pleased with the services received.

I hired Jani-King 3 years ago for an annual deep cleaning of our food business in Kitchener. It was a huge mistake. The rep promised everything I asked would be done and completed in one morning before our store opened. When I came in in the morning, not only was the job not complete, but the cleaning that had been done was no better than one of my staff could have done - if not worse. Nothing was moved (as I'd requested), areas were missed, steel burrs were left in the sinks, etc. I also noticed that the couple ("franchisees") doing the cleaning were using our cleaning supplies for the majority of the work - our paper towel, our glass cleaner, our mops, etc. When I tried to address my concerns with the rep and sent him pictures of the issues, he did not give any assurance that the issues would be addressed, but insisted that they were unable to finish the job because I'd asked them to leave before the store opened. At that point, I requested to be billed for the work done and end the contract. The rep simply emailed back "No charge." I genuinely felt bad for the franchisees who actually did the work.I don't believe they'd been given any real training, direction, or supplies before being sent out on jobs. I'm not sure the gentleman actually understood what was being asked of him or what the rep had promised me (English was not his first language). If you want a professional service, go elsewhere.
