Roto Static Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning-London

So I was having issues with my phone. I was unable to make calls but have needed my basement carpets cleaned. So I contacted someone via email. Joanne was her name I believe. I have never been made to feel so disrespected and unvalued as a potential customer and had every intention on becoming a customer..... She made a comment about "see this is why we book over the phone". Believe it or not, not everyone has a phone, and if they do sometimes technology doesn't work. She emailed me at 1022am and said she had an appointment available June 7th. I replied within 30 seconds and was then told the appointment was taken. Was also told they statt jobs between 230-3pm and then tried to give me a 9am appointment. Crazy how the rest of the world has a job too. Point is you never even let me "through the door" before making sure I was treated poorly and like I didn't matter. Well I matter to your competitor. So thank you for showing your true colors. I do not want to give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't even have the common curiosity to value the customers and build a rapport with them. Usually most companies at least get the customer before treating them like garbage and all bevause I csnt contact you as I have a defective phone. Nice. Well at least now I csn give my money to someone who will value me. Or at least pretend too. Joanne at rotostatic is dude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Her answer to me when I said I don't have a working phone is "here's my cell". Don't listen to your customers/potential customers and wonder why you get reviews like this. Best decision ever made is not dealing with someone who belittles the people Thst keep them in business....... Oh yah and from my. Initial email to the last the price changed. Classy..... Oh so classy See yah

I would not recommend. Spent $340 on one couch, once love seat and 3 small rugs. It took the one guy 40 min to clean the two couches. He just sprayed a solution on it and then sucked the moisture out. They finished and then took the rugs away and dropped them off days after. There was another guy that was just standing around doing nothing, so I just paid for his wage that day for nothing. They also dropped the rugs off an hour late, and then just said they had the time wrong and didn't try to make it right in any way. Not worth my money.

Had our whole house done today. Great job - nice guys, very clean, and done very quickly. Bravo!

I am a customer of RotoStatic and have been very pleased with their services and also the receptionist. Always very friendly. Excellent overall results!

I gave them a shot once I did see their van ... Although my neighbour has his own business like this ... His may OK r may not be suffering; Times have changed where Carpets are now not covering floors as people's do recognize the health benefits now of trashing Carpets and Non-Self Cleanable Upholstery ... Usually going for a nice fibrecloth type fabric or faux / real leather type pieces to adorn their homes as these are usually able to be wiped down fast., Inc. the fibrecloth pieces and of course for flooring ... In the last 15 years we have gained leaps and bounds over linoleum type flooring where once laid loo km s and feels like real time ... with a huge tolerance for damage. So if you happen to drop that jar of pickles by chance, your linoleum tile as well as the real stuff is now less likely to dent as well, as for anyone who dreams of hardwood flooring! It is totally within reach as clickable faux wooden panels for flooring has become the booming business that it was and always wanted to be with the options being in far greater choices then real wooden flooring and the looks are even better in most cases to that of pure hardwood, making hardwood flooring drop in price because of peoples knowledge of the upkeep over a faux clickable floor that has many, many years if usage and enjoyment with those high traffic areas inside your home, ie., on the way from bedrooms to washrooms and foyers to living rooms being the areas wear a real wooden floor will show o be worn down before your tenth year of having it installed in your present home or in the new one that you may at have built yourself ... thus 10 years of a flawless hardwood floor would only be possible if you have been strict to have the floor buffed, polished and possibly waxed professionally, and / or you have over the years done this as it being a religious aspect one ones families life and provided that great care every 3 - 6 months!! Well just like linoleum faux tile, and the strength and durability along with indistinguishable looks from the real tile. Thee faux wooden planks have taken on the same impersonation with composite materials … that are resin based look to be about the same quality and most look to bearoung from front to back or even crawling even better as colours of these types of days flooring have been doubling and even tripping taking over floor space and large areas inside the big box stores. Benefits to faux wood flooring over carpet are a no brainer ... as even at the lowest prices of ¢0.79 / sqft ... this will protect your young children from harmful pathogens that may be in the homes air because you may have had carpeting in the past with your first child and in between baby number 1 and number 2 you changed this aspect up to faux wood flooring and have seen a direct correlation between the heath of baby number 1 compared to now baby number 2 who has been stumbling all over your new faux wood paneling as flooring ... Some people have even replaced their carpeting when their baby had been just 6 months old, with some still on their stomachs, others rolling around, whilst still some of the strong but not necessarily advanced then any other baby at this age make ay be crawling or scooting while sitting. Only to see and recognize that their baby has actually been better for clogged noses and allergens that may be hard to get out of carpeted floors that do expose your baby to even minute or even a heck of a lot of pollutants that our nearest to the floor. Cat and Dog dander us bad for the heath if all family members ... Get yourself some great Laminate Flooring / Faux Tile flooring or a 1000 dollar vacuum ...
