I honestly don't know why I waited so long to clean my carpets. This company is very accommodating and efficient. I watched the work being done and it was a pleasure to see the care and attention given to my home. I would highly recommend London Steam and will be using them in future.

We scheduled an appointment for 10 am . At 9:07 am we got at text that the guy was on his way. We got to our appointment early and waited. Nobody showed up. In the email confirmation they said they will be there between 10 and 10:15 am. At 10:15 we called the company and they said the guy who is supposed to do the job is late and he’ll be there between 10 and 11 am . That was unacceptable for us as we had other appointments in the day. Thay said they tried to call us to tell us they will be late...we never receive a call or a voicemail. Finally when the guy arrived he said he was there at 9:07 am . Why? Who knows ....as the appointment was at 10 am and I told them we don’t live at that property and they never called to tell us they will be early. They messed up our whole day... I guess there is no such thing as punctuality anymore or respect for the people’s time. We asked how long is it going to take to steam the carpets and he said 30-40 min. An hour an a half later we were still waiting. We will probably never use this company again as respect, honesty and punctuality is very important for us.

Camilo and Daniel did a great job removing water from our basement carpet. Their quick, professional response was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond what was expected. Sharon and Bill Burns
