Fixed my light coat, did an excellent job. Will definitely go there again

I've gone to Twin Oaks since 1988. Charlie and his staff have been excellent in doing my suits, dress shirts, pants, alterations and, most importantly, making me, my wife and family feel like we are valued customers. Never a problem with anything undone, improperly done or lost. Love, love, love Twin Oaks Cleaners.

NEVER GET YOU UGGS CLEANED FROM HERE. Or any expensive shoes for that matter. My sister got her 150$ UGGS cleaned and they were dyed the wrong color; some of the thread from the sole started pealing. Looks as if it was just thrown in a washer, 50 bucks wasted! She only wore the boots three times previously and they looked horrible right after getting them clean. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Came in last year with a pair of black suede mid calf boots that had a few salt marks on them. They told me they could clean them right up for around $40. Took them over a week & when my mother picked them up & dropped them off to me I was highly disappointed.. the main mark I wanted them to focus on removing had been made worse, plus the fur on the inside was pilled up & they looked like they were dried on high heat! No kind of apology or discount. I don't wear them now, will probably throw in donation bin..
