I made it abundantly clear I needed two pairs of pants this weekend when I dropped them off Thursday. Was told they would be ready Saturday after 12. When I show up @530 they’ve already closed for the day when they’re open until 7pm Every day except Sunday

Horrible. Worst service i ever had anywere. Did not listen when we asked for jacket to be cut, just sleves to be tacked. They even wrote instructions on bill & they didnt follow instruction . They ruined the jacket did not seem to care then tried to charge $10. Extra ontop of written quote.

We wash our security uniforms here, the owner was nice enough to give us a discount on bulk orders! Service is friendly, and cleaning is better then most other dry cleaners I’ve been to!

Brought in some baseball pants for my son to be cut and hemmed and a pair of dress pants for myself to be dry cleaned. Suppose to pick items up on Thursday but was too busy and decided to go Friday. When I go in they have lost my dress pants and told me they would call later. When they finally called late in the evening they have my pants and was told the amount to pay. Did not offer an apology or a discount for that matter. Simply told well you got your pants didn't you. Did not want to argue so paid and left. I get home only to find out they had cut my sons pants to short. Very poor business I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and aggravation and bring your clothes to another cleaners please.
