You can get whatever you need here done but there appears to be no fixed prices. I’ve had things done and just been told a random number, so I ask beforehand to avoid discrepancies. The problem with that is it’s hard to interact with the lady who runs this shop. I feel like I annoy her by giving her my business. Sorry for paying you to help me? I’ve had very straightforward things done by her, so I don’t know if she’s actually good at what she does, but I haven’t had issues either. I don’t know if the prices are fair but I’d assume so given how busy and frazzled she comes off as. I’m all for small businesses, especially if women-owned, and immigrants making a better life for themselves here. I don’t know if this might be a cultural difference where customer service isn’t as valued wherever she’s from, I’m trying to keep an open mind as I don’t think she intends to come off as rude. At least you know you’re not dealing with someone fake, so I guess it depends how you look at all this. Just a head’s up: it’s cash only. Plus tax.

I've been taking my suits to be dry cleaned here for a while. The cleaning is well done as are the repairs. I often enjoy a pleasant chat with the owner who I find to be quite lovely.

Rude lady at front counter. Aggressively handled my dress. Told me I need an appointment. I asked questions like when should I come back? How much would it cost? Why do you need to sew two layers? She seemed annoyed with me and couldn’t give me straight answers. Had to ask questions a couple times over which seemed to annoy her more. Lacked basic manners and customer service skills. Tells me my pant suit is a dress and hemming the legs of this dress will cost $45. What a joke.

Not impressed at all. Dropped my coat off four days ago, she hasn't even 'looked' at it. Will never recommend this place. Extremely rude 'lady' and extremely unprofessional and unorganized.
