Horrendous quality and behavior. They ruined in one batch about 1,000 worth of high end clothing. What they did was, they labeled the shirts for dry cleaning but the operator actually washed them and then hot dried them. When I called the Steve, who is the owner he said they did nothing wrong as the shirts had the "dry clean" label on them so they must have been dry cleaned. However, everything shrunk and is not wearable as they don't fit anymore. Needless to say if they did dry cleaned them, the clothes would have not shrunk. All Boss, Burberry and Ralph Laurent...gone. Zero admission of guilt. Definitely will NEVER go back

This place is shame on orangeville. We should not support such a sub par outfit. Overpriced, rude - we deserve so much better. Time to vote this place off the island by not going there.

Started going them because they sponsored some of my team when I was a kid. Keep going to them because they do good work.

Don't come here. Staff are rude, cleaning is severely overpriced and they stole/lost my husbands suit hanger with no apologies, no discount offered just basically sorry, you're SOL. How is this place still open? No one I know has anything good to say about this place.
