They tried to give me back my costly suede comforter in bad condition, they ruined it and tried to blame me for it, lol. I think they just put it in a washer & dryer. After ignoring my concerns & just demanding I pay, I declined to do so & told them to keep the comforter. I do not recommend you use this cleaners.

Been taking my items to be cleaned here for a few years. Other day I took a pant to be fixed as there was a hole in it. Got the pant back, everything looked ok. Took off the blue tag. Proceeded to get ready for work one day, and noticed that the repair came undone. Took the pant back to the cleaners to show that the work was not properly done. Lady at the counter refused to take back the pants claiming that the blue tag was removed. I said, irrespective of that removal, the fact is the repair was not properly done. She said there was nothing she would do. I find it dishonest and appalling, that at a bare minimum, they could not stand behind their work, particularly as I was a regular customer. It is deceitful and downright thievery to pay for a service and not get that service. Never will I venture back here,
