Horrible service. Went there to get my wedding dress cleaned and was told it would be $25. When I went to pick it up they told me it’s actually 100 and then wouldn’t budge on the price and told me I had to pay and didn’t have a choice.

worst customer service my wife dropped off a shirt to have two buttons put on and dry cleaned, they put the buttons on and forgot to dry clean it then told us they are sending it out. They called us Saturday (we dropped off Thursday afternoon) and said it will be ready @ 12, 12:00 comes she told us maybe 345-4 but they close at 4. They paid ZERO attn. to anything we asked for and they even started arguing over the phone

Wow what can I say... absolutely the worse customer service ever.. did not listen to what I was asking for because they were not listening to what I wanted from them.. and in fact they did nothing that I asked for told me I was being rude because I was being assertive and told me they did not want to help me.. My instructions were clear I wanted to have some fabric cleaned and that I needed it in approx 3 days the woman said she couldn’t give me an answer but the owner could and she would call me the next day at 9:30... two days later I stop by the place to find out that they sent out the fabric...it’s going to take awhile.. and they don’t know if they can clean it and what it would cost... I was so upset because I needed it I made a point of telling them to instruct me if they couldn’t do it because I would just bring it to the person who did it previously, at this point I was resolved to the fact that I wasn’t going to have it, but the passive aggressiveness I encountered trying to articulate and the audacity that you sent my possessions away without my consent.. and then the mam I can’t help you anymore I’ll get the fabric back from wherever they sent it... for anyone out there reading this I have never written a review and I have never had such a hard time trying to get a service.. this place will never see my business and I hope you never do either

I gave in a blazer to be cleaned and when I came to pick it up it had been cleaned but it still had a stain. I was still charged $10.50 for a blazer that wasn't even clean! If the stain can't come out then why not call me and let me know and not clean it? Be careful to ask ahead of time, I wish I had.
