Owner always gives her best to ensure customer satisfaction and great service. She mentioned to me once that some days, she wakes up early to finish alterations for customers who needed their clothes urgently (even staying after closing hours if it was drastically urgent). Kim is very dedicated and passionate in what she does and I would definitely recommend doing your dry cleaning and alterations here.

**DO NOT COME HERE FOR ** WORST PLACE IN BRAMPTON FOR DRY CLEANING YOUR CLOTHES. I gave a pair of jeans and shirt, which both came back in worse than how I have it them.. The jeans was faded when it's supposed to be darker navy and my shift has a stain which was not there before. The employee here are rude and don't have any manners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. NO STARS

Worst place to take your dry cleaning. They put stains on my polo dress shirt. The stains weren't even there before. When i confronted them, the owner was so disrespectful. I already paid for the dry cleaning, and I didn't even care about getting re-imbursed for the charge or the value of the shirt. All i wanted was for them to take accountability. The owner is a disgrace. I took my shirt to GIBSON'S cleaner and they got the shirt clean for me. Bad service and even worse dry cleaning! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR STUFF HERE!

Horrible service and timing they were unable to clean basic stains and also weren't able to have my shirts back to me as they had initially said they would after a 2-week delay and and paying the bill two of the four shirts still have massive stains on it not sure what they do here
