Pricey, but maybe this is average. $55 to take in a dress, $45 to change a zipper. There was a huge line and sadly there was only one person working. Long wait. When I showed up a week later for my scheduled pick up time, the seamstress was still sewing. I had to wait another 30 minutes. Great job on the dress. The zipper looked great ... but it was thin and cheap. Didn’t zip easily, and it split down the middle and broke. She had to cut it out. Thankfully, she replaced it with a thicker zipper without charging me additionally, and it was ready the next day. Final product was great.

Just took my bridal shower dress there and picked it up! The staff was friendly and did exactly what I asked. I needed the dress taken in and also wanted to add some off the shoulder sleeves to it. They did a wonderful job and I'm very happy. The sleeves ade perfect. Nikki and her team are awesome.

Waited almost 40 mins to have a dress pinned . To take up shoulder and take in short sleeves they wanted 100 dollars. Don't waste your time with this place...a complete joke!!!

Wanted to charge me $75 to sinch in a waist of 1 dress. Disgraceful **update to owners reply: there was NO linning and no extra hard work. It was a simple 10$ A line dress from forever 21🙄 Another place charged me only $15 fo the same work you wanted to charge $75. Theory: they saw I had a designer bag and expensive jewelry on and decided to jack up the price not realizing I’m not an idiot. After I said no I’m not paying for that the lady looked upset like I waisted her time. No hunny, you waisted mine.

I have been taking all my clothes to this location specifically the manager there for almost 10 years now. They are always so friendly and accommodating to my needs. I can trust them even with my most important articles of clothing. They are awesome!
