Friendly staff and quality, efficient service! Never any issues with my clothing.

I had a cashmere winter coat cleaned. This coat was fairly new and Hardly worn. When I got it back I noticed that the inside silk liner was detached from the inside of the coat and the hem line was hanging 2 inches past the bottom of the coat and was completely freyed. When I called to complain she told me I dropped my coat in like this. I explained to her that I only wore the coat 3 times and it was an $800 coat, I was 100% sure it was not in that condition upon drop off. She would not listen to me and argued with me until I hung up on her. I will never go here again and don't recommend it to anyone else! Terrible business.

Always good service and friendly ladies. A pleasure to work with

absolutely the worst experience of my life thus far!, I dropped my suit off on Monday for a wedding the following Saturday, told it was to be done on Wednesday, I showed up Saturday morning and they LOST! my suit! yes lost !! they could not "locate" my suit so I had to go and find something else to wear, this is still ongoing as I have not received a phone call from them as to what will transpire now. I will be sure to write an update... as it stands now I would never use them and I will certainly notify the local paper.

To the 'lady' in the back: GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are rude and disrespectful to customers! I did not appreciate being dismissed so rudely when the lady at the desk inquired with you as to whether my drycleaning order could be done by Friday. This is Tuesday! How rude of you to look me in the eye and so abruptly say "NO!...not by Friday...next Tuesday! And then to waive your hands as a gesture for me to leave when I stated, and you heard me, "...that won't work for me. I need this by Friday" (yes, 4 days away!) I will never use this drycleaner again! My request was not unreasonable and if you couldn't accommodate this, a polite response was all that was necessary. Do not 'dismiss' a customer as if I am not important. This is a customer service business. I will take my $$$ elsewhere and recommend other do the same!
