This was the best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. The young man behind the counter was quick witted, professional, and competent. One day turn around on same day notice. Thank you.

I had a great experience renting a suit for a wedding.

B wazoorides who are considering this place. PLEASE. DON'T. I can't believe this place is still in business. Please don't put yourself or the groomsmen through trying to work with these guys. To get fitted for my tux I was supposed to make an appointment. I tried calling but they never answered so I drove there. There were 2 people there and the man there refused to take my measurement because I didn't have an appointment because they are too busy. He then started arguing and I told him I tried calling and they didn't answer so he said they are too busy to answer. He argued with me for the amount of time it would have taken to get my measurements then walked away. I then found out he argued with the bride the week before about helping her and she did have an appointment. Tuxedo Junction has 5 star reviews and I have always had a great experience there. Make your life easy and go there .

Pricey, messed up seizes. They forgot to placed order until the week of the wedding due to the deadbeat druggy that works there.

Extraordinarily unhelpful and demonstrated a lack of any form of professional knowledge. Have had problems in the past and decided to try again—big mistake. Attempted to get a shirt brought in and the clerk was wide-eyed / unable to grasp that I wanted a tapered, not straight side to the shirt. After a few minutes of back and forth I gave up and went elsewhere. Will not be returning whatsoever.
