DIRTY STORE!!!! Horrible Quality Service Worst of all the management is EXTREMELY unorganized and are horribly underqualified to be running a business. Many better cleaners in the area!

Avoid this place even if the location is convenient. The quality of the clean is poor and they nickel and dime you to death. They have no concept of customer loyalty or how to provide a good customer experience.

Terrible quality and service. Attempted to address an issue and concern with regards to poor quality dry cleaning and tailoring with the owner. He was extremely dismissive, disrespectful and degrading to both myself and his staff. We will most definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Terrible. Brougt two very expensive ties in to get cleaned and steamed, yet received them back pressed to the point where the back seams where showing through the front of both with stains still visible. My Burberry tie had a new stain that was not there previously and when asked they offered to re-clean it for free. Again, the tie came back soiled and I was told there was nothing they could do. I then hand washed the tie at home with water which removed the stain, making me question if they do anything at all?! They still made me pay full price for an unsatisfactory job. Will be taking my business elsewhere!
