Dropped off a good quality comforter and sham pillow cases labelled dry clean only. They came back with many of the stitches shrunken. Suspect that it was washed in water.

I really love the owners. They are kind and very hard working. What I don't like is the quaility of the service they provide. I've given them several chances but have been forced to go elsewhere. 1st experience (and I would let them off the hook for this one) was the first time I dropped off my shirts. They failed to remove the collar stays and proceed to iron the shirts with them in. This left the outline of a collar stay in all of the shirts I had cleaned. Rather than admitting fault or apologizing they gave me some more collar stays... Fine...It's my first experience, so I will remove the collar stays and try again. 2nd was the quality of the shirts after I picked them up. The french cuffs are left hanging (not folded over like many other places for less money) and the collars are not held up, which gives the shirt a bad appearance. I was able to overlook this because I really wanted to use them but the next two experiences sealed their fate: 3rd) Dry cleaning an high quality rain jacket: I got caught in heavy rain and wanted to dry clean it afterwards. After picking it up, I noticed that it was really not cleaned. The original dirt that was on the jacket was not removed. I successfully washed some of it off at home and took it to another dry cleaners. Princess charged me 12 dollars, which was a very good deal to dry clean the jacket but did a horrible job. I paid double elsewhere and got a fabulously clean jacket back. 3rd and final: I ripped the inside lining of my suit. I asked if they could stitch it back together and agreed for a very reasonable price. I picked the item up a few days later, cleaned and stitched together. I wore it that day. It was not till the end of the day till someone told me the white string they used to hold the jacket in place while they sew the lining was still there. Also, the thread they used to sew the lining back in my navy blue Canali suit was white - Not cool! it was also done in a way that looked unprofessional - Random zig zagging, etc. These errors, plus the value vs quality (6 dollars a shirt for sub par work) was enough for me to give up and look shop elsewhere. I now use the dry cleaners up the street. They deliver and provide better service and quality work for a dollar cheaper. My warning to future customers is please be careful bringing expensive/important/sentimental items here. Please do not get any major alternations. I hope they can make some positive changes in the future and maybe I'd give them another try...

kinda terrible experience. long story short, even if the service is fast and really well done, be sure that you spell correctly every measurements that you need. and that they write it down correctly in front of you,or you loose a lot of money for something made too short and not usable anymore. I am pretty disappointed

Great experience every time I take in my dry cleaning. I treasure speed and efficiency and that is what I get, without fail. I know that as long as I live in this neighbourhood I won't be bringing my dry cleaning anywhere else.

My wife and I both love the service Peter provides. He is a pleasure to see each week, and our clothes are always done on time and properly.
