Do not recommend bringing dress shirts here. You will pick them up only to be told that "your shirts did not fit in our press machine" and subsequently be charged $9.99 a shirt as a result. Completely unprofessional with no transparency from management. Will not call you beforehand to explain or anything.

They managed to book us in for a same day wash and fold and everything came back the way we left it. Even a dress shirt was folded nicely with cardboard backing just like how you get it in the shops. Pricing was super competitive - we sent off around 7 pounds and cost us around $30! Thanks guys.

Hands down, the best dry cleaners in the PATH! I have been going here for years and John and his team are not only professional but very accommodating and friendly. My items always come back perfectly pressed and they are located so close to Union Station, making pick up a breeze.

This place is an absolute joke. I brought my suit for a cleaning, but what I got was a dirty wrinkly mess. DO NOT bring high end or the items you really like to wear to this place they will ruin it.

I dropped off my coat and spoke at length to the seamstress to get a repair done, who said it would be no problem and would send it off for cleaning in two days. I asked them to call and give me a price quote, but nobody ended up calling me. Next week, I follow up, and it still hasn't been sent off to the cleaners for some reason. They say it will be a week and a half before it comes back, but I should "expect longer." I call back in two weeks, it's still not there. I call back last week, and they say it's "too damaged to repair" - after the seamstress has worked on it! Each time I call, they get more and more aggressive. They say my coat will be around "maybe next week, or the week after." Today, I called and they said it was finally back, before hanging up on me. I pick it up in person, and not only is it still uncleaned, but they charge me $25. When I protest this amount, they say I'm being "unfair to the seamstress!" and "how will she get paid??" They didn't seem to care that I was visibly upset, and said "We have work to do now in the back, are you going to pay for this or not?" Of course, I paid. I'm now looking for somewhere new to get this coat cleaned!
