AVOID THEM AT ALL COST they ruined my cloth and never fixed it and even never gave them back to me last March I brought over 20 pieces. got charged over 300$ and waited and waited snd called and asked over and over it was never ready. she promised me she will give me a call when ready(Pauline). after a while i just called again and they said they are ready. i went to pick up, 2 of my skirts were still ripped waiting to get altered!!! though she said it is ready!!! then I had to come back 3 more times because 2 pieces were the wrong size and had to give them back and pick them up the rest were perfect also the pants she gave me back she didn’t do any job; she gave me the same pants back with her notes and pins (to be fixed yet) so I had to come back and drop the pants off to get fixed because she gave it back (probably) by mistake. waited for the rest, got my skirt back and it is soooo tight I could barely breath in it.(meanwhile the pants were getting ready) I had to bring the skirt back to get it fixed, adter a week she said she can’t because she has left no space for it so they will go replace it for me. i came back for my pants and if you take a look at it it is RUINED from the back. those pants were expensive from Babaton i paid over 140$, so did the skirt from club monaco for over 150$. then they gave me their numbers to contact cause they said they will go find them in eaton center for me. they never did. then i was referred to Riz which I could never talk on his phone and once met him by chance in the store and he promised me to see me I showed up he didn’t, he didn’t pick his phone up and didn’t answer his messages. I went to ask and by chance he called the store and i got lucky to talk to him. and then he gave me the owner’s email address.they offered me 100$ cash lol and 150$ service. I don’t want services from the store they have treated me really badly i had to run around for my cloth to get fixed and get them back and when they were responsible they were ditching me.
