Horrible scam! Avoid! Spoiled my new DVF silk jersey dress. There was one tiny dark stain on the front. I said to the owner 3 times "THIS IS 100% SILK JERSEY". And if you can't get the stain out - DON'T TOUCH IT AT ALL!!! My dress came back all in black stains! The only reaction of the owner was "I don't know". "We cannot guarantee" and other excuses. I agree with a previous reviewer: when it comes to problems, the b.... pretends not to speak English. Though before she spoke very well. I'm so pissed. I won't come back again and ask others to avoid this horrible unprofessional place.

Terrible customer service. I asked for 2 dress shirts to be dry cleaned. One had a coffee stain and she sured me it would come out. I went back a week later and neither one of my shirts have been cleaned!! They attached a tag on them and put them on hangers and tried to fool me to pay for a cleaning. After telling them that I wouldn't pay for a service they didn't do, she started to cry and insisted that she will get the stain out. I went back a week later and the one shirt was clean the other one wasn't. I will never go back there.

Scam. They lost an article of clothing and said they needed a week to find it. There's 2 other cleaners close by 1 on front 1 on princess. Go. To one of them. This place needs to be avoided

They broke the "slider / crown" off my coat's plastc zipper and replaced it with a metal one. Didn't realize until I tried doing up my coat the next season and it wouldn't work. When I showed the owner she pretended not to speak English (I'd been going there for 5 years).
