AVOID SKETCHLEY IF YOU DON"T WANT YOUR CLOTHES STOLEN. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They stole my necktie and did not even pay me back for their cleaning charge. It's General Manager did not apologize, and instead arrogantly said that they didn't care if it got stolen by them because I had enjoyed the use of the necktie anyway for many years.

I dropped 6 pcs of coat to wash, including 2 canada goose, when I picked them up, i found total $273, and i checked the details, showing hood charge $10, it was with the coat and free before. And the old lady was very rude and said she could not do anything ! I went there 5 months ago and they messed up my hood, wash changed color and did not do anything! I will NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. New owner is from head office and very greedy and does not care about customer ! DO NOT GO THERE ! THE WORST JOB AND SERVICE !

Despite what the ticket says they close at 6pm. No compensation offered for the hassle of the miscommunication. That being said they cleaned the clothes well.

Great service here. However, this sketchley is never open at 8:10am as indicated on their front door and by google. Please change your signage or open when you say you will be. This makes for a frustrating experience when trying to pick up or drop off items before work!!

The lady who runs this place is very nice and responsive, especially if you're nice to her. I had to get a pair of pants hemmed on an urgent basis for an event and she had it done within a few hours without even charging me extra. Good prices too.
