DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXPENSIVE JACKET OR ANYTHING ELSE HERE FOR DRY CLEANING!!!! The staff made promises saying they offer professional cleaning, when I went to pick up my jacket, half of the metal logo FELL OFF! The lady didn't inform me the damage, didn't even say anything. I saw the damage after a few steps away from the shop, I went back to the shop and told her it was damaged, the lady simply told me the parts are in the pocket, u have to go back Moose Knuckle to fix it yourself. She didn't even apologize or even tell me that it was damaged!

Very rude owners - they kept saying no time. Should not open a service industry business if you are not hospitable. Would rather go somewhere else with more respect.

THEY LOST MY GUCCI SUIT PANTS ($1500+) and they put a cheap pants inside my suit bag instead. I went there to ask but that LADY WAS YELLING AT ME “it’s your fault.” Then I reached to the manager and his attitude was like “ can’t find it, you lost it then you ** :) ”
