This location lost six of my husband's dress shirts (worth over $300) in February 2018. I made countless visits to this location -- where promises were made and excuses were at the ready -- and dozens of calls to Cadet Cleaners' head office over a period of six months. If I was lucky enough to speak to a human at head office, the woman promised to look into the situation and NEVER called me back. It took a letter from a lawyer to spur some sort of settlement offer and EVEN THEN I got more excuses from the franchise owner when it was time for me to pick up the cheque. I had to threaten further legal action to get the settlement cheque in July 2018. Do not choose Cadet Cleaners with the belief that because it's a chain, you'll be able to get some sort of follow-through with their head office should something occur. We get it. Mistakes happen. All we wanted was the shirts back or to be compensated for our loss within a reasonable amount of time. But to ignore our requests entirely and not have the common decency to be proactive in contacting us is completely unacceptable. We're shocked that a local business would jeopardize its reputation in the community by treating its customers so poorly.

Amazing experience at this location. Never have I experienced any issues with my dry cleanings, they are always done on time, and I am always offered low prices. The staff here are welcoming and kind, and always have an amazing attitude. I will continue to be a customer at this location, and I highly recommend this location to everyone who wants their dry cleanings to be done properly, affordable, and in a timely manner.

I have the pleasure of being the Plaza's Custodian and in this role I have got to know the owner Ilvio Leopardi and can attest that anybody entering his store will be treated with nothing but respect and dignity. I have utilized the services that he and co workers provide and can also attest that the pricing is comparable and more often less than competitors in the neighbourhood, the quality and efficiency of service is first rate. It is such a pleasure to work and know a tenant that is so passionate about their business and this is reflected on the experience received by clients.
